Shipping
Reptilefood.com currently ships using UPS their next day air service which typically puts orders in our customers hands by 10:30a, there are some addresses where a noon commitment time is necessary. After years of research and development into the packaging of our orders we felt it was only right to use a premium service to deliver your order. Shipping rates are determined by what product and quantity is chosen. Our site will give you your shipping rate once you place the product in your shopping cart.
All orders placed before 3:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday will ship the same day for delivery the next morning. An order placed after 3:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday will not ship till the following day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Thursday will not ship out till the following Monday for delivery Tuesday. Saturday delivery is available but it has to be added to your order from the supplies page.
Reptilefood.com services all continental United States of America including Alaska but we CAN NOT ship to Hawaii. Also UPS will NOT ship to a PO Box. All orders must have a physical ship to address.
Once your order is placed you will receive an order number and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address attached to your account. This will be the same email address where your UPS tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped. You can also log into your account to see all of your order information and history.
