Shipping

Reptilefood.com currently ships using UPS overnight service. After years of research and development into the packaging of our orders we felt it was only right to use a premium service to deliver your order. Shipping rates are determined by what product and quantity is chosen. Our site will give you your shipping rate once you place the product in your shopping cart.

All orders placed before 3:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday will ship the same day for delivery the next morning. An order placed after 3:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday will not ship till the following day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Thursday will not ship out till the following Monday for delivery Tuesday. We DO NOT offer Saturday delivery.

Reptilefood.com services all continental United States of America including Alaska but we CAN NOT ship to Hawaii. Also UPS will NOT ship to a PO Box. All orders must have a physical ship to address.

Once your order is placed and you receive an order number you will receive an email with your UPS tracking information once the order has been shipped. You can also log into your account and check the status of your order.
